DIN 137 (B):1994 Wave Spring Washer

DIN 137 (B):1994 Wave Spring Washer uses a wave-shaped profile to provide elastic preload in limited axial space. Compared with a plain washer, the wave form can maintain a degree of compensation when the joint experiences slight settlement or thermal expansion and contraction.

It is suitable for electrical assemblies, light machinery, axial clearance adjustment, instruments, and connection points requiring flexible support. Its elastic behavior helps reduce loosening risk and provides stable contact pressure under low-to-medium loads.

Specifications and materials can be selected according to assembly space, load variation, and environmental requirements, making it suitable for compact or precision connections needing lightweight construction, low height, and elastic compensation.
