Our specialty washer range covers wavy, conical, rubber-faced, and custom profiles addressing sealing, shock absorption, angular compensation, and load distribution in applications beyond standard flat, spring, and lock washer capability.

Wavy Washers: The corrugated profile delivers controlled axial spring force at lower profile height than split ring types, suited to bearing preload control, electrical contact maintenance, and vibration damping in space-constrained assemblies.

Sealing Washers: Composite rubber-metal and neoprene-faced versions combine fastening and leak prevention in one component, used in fluid fittings, roofing panels, and outdoor enclosures where weathertightness is required at the fastener penetration point.

Angular Compensation: Paired spherical and beveled washer sets correct for angular misalignment between bolt and joint surface, relieving bending stress on the bolt shank in non-perpendicular structural connections.

Materials and Standards: Produced in steel, stainless steel, rubber, and composite materials to applicable DIN and ISO specifications for industrial and sealing applications.
