Better Fastener Industry Co., Ltd. is a Carbon Steel Fastener manufacturer supplying bolts, nuts, washers, screws and specialty fasteners from carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. Our range covers standard construction hardware through to high-load, corrosion-resistant and vibration-intensive configurations, produced to DIN, ISO, ANSI, ASME, BS, EN, GOST, JIS, AS and KS specifications.
We operate as a one-stop fastener source: standard parts, non-standard development from drawings or samples, mixed orders, retail-ready packaging and DDP door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Project buyers, distributors and OEM engineering teams use our range to consolidate multi-part fastener programs into a single specification-led supply channel.
Our Product Range
Five product families cover the fastening points found in construction, machinery, automotive, rail, shipbuilding, petrochemical and furniture hardware assemblies. Each family is built around a defined set of standards, materials and finishes, so a single purchase order can carry matched components from several categories.
| Product Family | Typical Types | Application Fit |
|---|---|---|
| Bolts | Hexagon head, hexagon flange, carriage, countersunk, square head, eye, T-head, U-bolts, foundation, wheel, studs, thread rods | Structural steelwork, engine and chassis joints, foundation anchoring, lifting points, suspension and wheel assemblies |
| Nuts | Hexagon, square, flange, combination, lock, acorn, slotted, wing, spring, round, wheel, T-nuts | Matching bolt engagement, vibration-prone machinery, decorative and safety-critical closures, tool-free adjustment points |
| Washers | Plain, spring, lock, retaining rings, sealing and specialty forms | Clamp load distribution, surface protection, anti-loosening under dynamic load, sealing in fluid and outdoor installations |
| Screws | Slotted, Phillips, hexagon socket, square slot, Torx, set, tapping, rolling, drilling, wood screws | Sheet metal, wood, electronics, furniture and light industrial assembly where a separate nut is not practical |
| Other Fasteners | Pins, rivets, lifting components, connecting fittings, assemblies, pipe/tube and weld fasteners | Permanent joints, hoisting and rigging, welded structures, fluid lines and non-standard machinery connections |
Bolts: Structural and Load-Bearing Connections
Bolts form the backbone of our range. Hexagon head types such as DIN 931, DIN 933, ISO 4014 and ISO 4017 cover general construction and machinery assembly, with full-thread and partial-thread variants to suit different grip lengths. Heavy hex structural bolts and tension-control types serve steelwork where preload control matters.
Where a separate washer is undesirable, Hexagon Flange Bolts integrate a wide flange into the head, spreading clamp load over a larger bearing area and adding frictional resistance to rotational loosening in engine mounts, frames and vibrating equipment. Carriage, countersunk, square head, T-head, eye, U-bolt, foundation, wheel and spline head configurations address timber, flush-surface, anchoring, suspension and lifting applications respectively.
- Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel matched to strength grade, weight and corrosion demand
- Property classes from 4.8 through 12.9 depending on type and standard
- Threads rolled for consistent engagement under static and dynamic load
- Finishes: zinc electroplating, hot-dip galvanizing, blackening, dacromet and anti-corrosion coatings
Nuts, Washers and Screws
Nuts are precision-tapped to the same international standards as our bolts, so thread engagement and interchangeability hold across a mixed order. Standard hexagon and square nuts cover general assembly; flange, combination, lock, slotted, acorn, wing, spring, round, wheel and T-nuts handle vibration resistance, safety closure, tool-free adjustment and captive panel fixing.
Washers are produced by high-speed stamping with smooth, burr-free surfaces and consistent tolerances. Plain washers distribute load; spring, lock and retaining ring forms resist loosening and retain components; sealing washers close fluid and dust paths. Screws are cold-headed and thread-rolled in carbon and stainless steel, with slotted, Phillips, hex socket, square slot and Torx drives to match the installation tooling on your line.
Specialty and Non-Standard Fasteners
Beyond the four main families, we produce pins, rivets, lifting components, connecting fittings, fastener assemblies, pipe and tube screw-and-nut sets, and weld screws and nuts. These are made by forging, stamping and precision turning, covering permanent riveted joints in sheet metal through to heavy-duty lifting rings for crane and hoisting work.
Custom development is a core part of this category. We manufacture to your drawings or samples, including non-standard dimensions, special head forms, dedicated thread profiles and project-specific materials. Mixed orders combining standard and custom items are handled as a single supply program.
Quality Control and Acceptance
Total quality management runs across the production process, with inspection after each operation and final inspection of finished goods against customer requirements and the applicable international standard. Our laboratory is equipped with a spectrometer, coordinate measuring machine, X-ray flaw detector and complementary test equipment, allowing chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing and geometric dimensions to be monitored in-house.
- Dimensional and thread verification against the nominated standard
- Chemical composition analysis by spectrometer
- Mechanical property testing matched to the required property class
- Non-destructive examination and geometric measurement where specified
- Coating thickness and surface condition checks for plated and galvanized parts
Packaging, Logistics and Delivery Scope
Packaging is configured to the sales channel: bulk export cartons for industrial consumption, mixed matching packs for distributors, and retail kits, blister packs and custom boxes for shelf-ready programs. Small customized packaging is available alongside batch industrial orders.
DDP door-to-door delivery with customs clearance is our recommended shipping option, with sea freight as the primary mode and air freight available for urgent requirements. Trade terms including FOB and CIF are confirmed at quotation stage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which standards can you manufacture fasteners to?
Our bolts, nuts, washers and screws are produced to DIN, ISO, ANSI, ASME, BS, EN, GOST, JIS, AS and KS specifications. If your drawing references a national standard or a company specification, we review it against our existing tooling and confirm the applicable dimensional and property requirements before quoting.
Can you supply a mixed order across bolts, nuts and washers?
Yes. Mixed orders are part of our standard service. Because nuts and washers are tapped and stamped to the same international standards as our bolts, a combined shipment keeps thread engagement and dimensional interchangeability consistent across the whole kit. Mixed matching packaging is available for distributors.
Do you produce non-standard fasteners from drawings or samples?
Custom development is a core part of our business. We manufacture from customer drawings or physical samples, covering special head forms, non-standard dimensions, dedicated thread profiles and specific material or finish requirements. Send the drawing or sample with quantity and application details and we will confirm feasibility and tooling needs.
How is quality verified before shipment?
Inspection takes place after each production operation, and finished products undergo final inspection against customer requirements and the nominated standard. Our laboratory carries a spectrometer, coordinate measuring machine and X-ray flaw detector, so chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing and geometric dimensions are checked in-house before goods are packed.
What delivery options do you offer?
DDP door-to-door delivery with customs clearance is our recommended option and simplifies receipt for project and distribution buyers. Sea freight is the main mode; air freight via Ningbo or Shanghai airports is available for urgent deliveries. FOB and CIF terms can also be quoted.
Which industries use your fastener range?
Our Carbon Steel Fastener serve rail transportation, automotive manufacturing, construction machinery, mining and agricultural equipment, shipbuilding, petrochemicals, building and furniture hardware, and power accessories. Application conditions such as vibration, moisture, chemical exposure and load class determine the material, property class and finish we recommend for each fastening point.
