Head Profile: The smooth curved head eliminates sharp edges and protrusions, reducing surface scratching risk and providing an aesthetically clean finish suitable for visible assembly joints in decorative and consumer-facing products.

Fastening Method: Typically driven from the nut side while the round head is held stationary, the smooth head also resists tampering in accessible locations where tool engagement from the bolt side is undesirable.

Materials and Standards: Produced in carbon steel and stainless steel to DIN 603 and equivalent international specifications across standard metric and imperial thread sizes.

Surface Treatment: Zinc plating, nickel plating, and blackening finishes are available to complement product aesthetics and provide basic corrosion resistance.
