Hexagon Flange Bolts

Hexagon flange bolts integrate a standard hexagonal head with a wide circular flange at the base, delivering enhanced load distribution and vibration resistance in a single-piece fastener without requiring a separate washer.

Structural Advantage: The integrated flange spreads clamping force across a larger bearing area, reducing substrate deformation risk and simplifying assembly by eliminating additional components in automotive, agricultural, and power equipment joints.

Anti-Vibration Performance: Broad flange contact generates greater frictional resistance against rotational loosening, making these bolts especially reliable in engine mounts, motorcycle frames, and vibrating industrial machinery.

Materials and Standards: Available in carbon steel and stainless steel to DIN 6921 and equivalent specifications, with strength grades from 8.8 to 10.9.

Surface Treatment: Zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, and dacromet coatings provide corrosion protection for outdoor and automotive underbody environments.
