DIN 125-1:1990 Grade A Assembly 250HV below Flat Washer

DIN 125-1:1990 Grade A Flat Washer with hardness up to 250HV is used for bearing and separation in standard bolt-and-nut assemblies. The flat circular surface distributes pressure from the nut or bolt head and helps reduce surface indentation on the connected part.

This washer is suitable for machinery, auxiliary steel connections, assembly surface protection, and general engineering fastening. Grade A dimensional control supports applications requiring consistent outside diameter, inside diameter, and thickness, while the hardness range is appropriate for medium-to-light loads or ordinary material surfaces.

It can be used with hex bolts, hex nuts, and other standard fasteners, with zinc plating, stainless steel, or other finishes available to improve rust resistance and appearance consistency according to the service environment.

① In the original standard text, the corresponding dc minimum value of Φ119 is 188.15, but the corresponding deviation here should be 1.85mm, that is, the actual minimum value is 200-1.85=198.15 mm. (DIN522 stipulates that when h is less than 4 and the product grade is A, the dimensional tolerance of d2 is h15, and when dc is 200mm, the corresponding deviation is 1.85mm).

② Material:

1) Steel hardness grade 140HV, hardness HV140-250; hardness grade 200HV, hardness HV200-250

2) Stainless steel, hardness grade 140HV, hardness HV140-250; hardness grade 200HV, hardness HV200-250; stainless steel groups A2 and A4, F1, C1 and C4

3) According to the agreement, the gasket can be made of non-ferrous metal or other materials

4) When h does not exceed 0.5 mm, the hardness grade is HV 2. When h exceeds 0.5 mm, the hardness grade is HV 10. (See original technical conditions)
