DIN 3017-1:2021 Worm Drive Hose Clamp Clamp

DIN 3017-1:2021 Worm Drive Hose Clamp Clamp adopts a worm drive hose clamp in A/B forms to meet the needs of connections requiring adjustable clamping around hoses, pipes, or round parts.

The worm mechanism tightens continuously through screw rotation, and the band wraps around the hose diameter to provide distributed clamping with easy installation, removal, and readjustment. Its advantages lie in a clear installation method, well-defined load path, and good adaptability across different materials and installation spaces.

This product is suitable for automotive piping, ventilation systems, water hoses, agricultural equipment, and general repair. Band width, material, stainless grade, and surface finish can be adjusted for the final application, balancing cost control, corrosion protection, and assembly consistency.

Simply put, a nut is a small metal block or disc with a round hole in the center and internal threads on the wall of that hole. • Simply put, a bolt is a cylindrical fastener with external threads. It works with a matching nut or is screwed directly into a threaded hole of the mating part to firmly hold two or more components together. To put it intuitively, think of it as a "metal nail." However, unlike a nail that is driven in with a hammer, a ...
