DIN 9250 (S) Lock Washer

DIN 9250 (S) Lock Washer is used in bolted joints requiring improved resistance to vibration loosening. Its locking structure increases contact restraint or biting action, helping maintain preload and reduce the risk of joint loosening under dynamic loads.

The product is suitable for rail transit, construction machinery, wind power equipment, steel-structure connections, and industrial equipment requiring long-term stable clamping. Compared with a plain washer, a lock washer places greater emphasis on retaining joint integrity under vibration, impact, and temperature variation.

It can be selected according to bolt size, material strength, and corrosion-protection level, and should be used with compatible nuts and bolts to improve maintenance intervals and connection safety.
