DIN 7500 (PE):2009 Pan Head Torx Triangular Thread Forming Screw

DIN 7500 (PE):2009 Pan Head Torx Triangular Thread Forming Screw combines a Torx pan head and triangular thread-forming locking profile and is suitable for mass assembly lines where reduced cam-out, higher drive efficiency, and dependable retention are important.

The Torx recess provides a larger contact area for stable torque transfer, the pan head offers a useful bearing face, and the triangular thread forms a tight engagement in pilot holes. Compared with ordinary fasteners, this form places more emphasis on controllable installation, surface protection, and efficient management of matching parts for engineering projects requiring stable supply.

It is commonly used in electronics, appliances, office equipment, light machinery, and mixed plastic or thin-metal joints.
