DIN EN ISO 14584:2011 Oval Countersunk Head Torx Screw

DIN EN ISO 14584:2011 Oval Countersunk Head Torx Screw combines a Torx drive with a oval countersunk head, making it suitable for fastening points that require reliable clamping, removable maintenance, and standardized assembly. The DIN EN ISO framework supports consistent specification communication in European and international projects, supporting smooth alignment between engineering drawings, purchasing lists, and quality inspection.

From an assembly perspective, the six-lobe recess distributes torque more evenly, making it suitable for automated assembly and applications where recess wear control matters. At the same time, combines a countersunk bearing surface with a rounded top, reducing projection while maintaining a finished appearance, so the screw can provide stable fastening performance across different sheet thicknesses, appearance requirements, and space limitations.

It suits panels, housings, decorative joints, and visible assemblies requiring both a smooth transition and a refined appearance. It can be supplied in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and other materials, with zinc plating, nickel plating, black oxide, phosphating, or other finishes to balance corrosion resistance, appearance, and assembly friction.
