ASME/ANSI B18.6.3:2010 Countersunk Head Phillips Tapping Screw

ASME/ANSI B18.6.3:2010 80° Countersunk Head Phillips Tapping Screw uses the U.S. standard 80-degree countersunk head and is suitable for export products and North American assemblies requiring flush light-duty fastening.

The Phillips drive works well in automated or semi-automated assembly, while the tapping thread reduces the need for pre-tapping. When matched with a corresponding countersunk hole, the 80-degree head provides good seating and surface flatness, helping avoid head interference.

This product is suitable for electronic equipment, metal panels, plastic housings, light enclosures, and visible covers. Different materials, point styles, and finishes can be selected to balance corrosion resistance, assembly efficiency, and appearance.
