Fender Washer

Fender Washer has a significantly enlarged outside diameter with a relatively small inner hole, making it suitable for covering oversized holes, slots, or bearing areas in thin-sheet connections. The wide bearing surface distributes clamping force and helps reduce tearing or hole-edge deformation in thin materials.

It is commonly used in automotive repair, sheet metal parts, plastic panels, wood boards, decorative components, and light structural fixing. Because of its large coverage area, a fender washer is also useful for field repair, hole-position compensation, and surface protection.

It can be selected by thread size, outside diameter, thickness, and surface finish to suit indoor assembly, outdoor repair, and fastening conditions with different corrosion-protection requirements.
