DIN 580:2024 Eye Screw

DIN 580:2024 Eye Screw is used for temporary lifting, pulling, or positioning of mechanical components. The ring-shaped head works with hooks, wire ropes, or shackles, while the threaded end can be screwed directly into internally threaded workpieces for quick installation and removal.

It is suitable for handling molds, machine-tool parts, motors, pumps, valves, and large components. Compared with ordinary screws, the eye design places greater emphasis on load direction and lifting safety, so selection should consider load, lifting angle, and thread engagement depth.

Different sizes, materials, and anti-rust finishes can be supplied to meet the needs of warehouse handling, equipment maintenance, and auxiliary lifting on production sites.

  • Simply put, a bolt is a cylindrical fastener with external threads. It works with a matching nut or is screwed directly into a threaded hole of the mating part to firmly hold two or more components together.
