JIS B 1183:2010 Acorn Assembly Nut

JIS B 1183:2010 Acorn Assembly Nut is suitable for Japanese-standard connections requiring end protection and appearance coverage. The assembly-style design can improve installation efficiency in selected applications while the cap form conceals the thread end.

This product can be used on visible mechanical parts, vehicle accessories, furniture hardware, guardrails, and equipment panels. The capped structure reduces the risk of contact with exposed threads and helps prevent dust or debris from entering the thread end.

Materials and surface treatments can be selected according to matching thread, appearance requirements, and corrosion environment, making it suitable for Japanese-standard projects requiring consistency and finished quality.
