ASME/ANSI B18.6.1 (T2):1997 Countersunk Head Slotted Wood Screw combines a U.S.-standard slotted countersunk head and wood screw thread and is suitable for wood assemblies requiring ASME/ANSI compatibility and flush installation.
The slotted drive suits traditional tools, the countersunk head conceals protrusion, and the thread form is intended to hold in timber during pre-drilled or direct installation. Compared with ordinary fasteners, this form places more emphasis on controllable installation, surface protection, and efficient management of matching parts for engineering projects requiring stable supply.
