SOLUTION
DIN 22425:1990 Triangular Nut features a triangular outer profile for connections requiring tamper control, special-tool operation, or positioning in limited spaces. Compared with a conventional hex nut, the triangular shape provides distinctive identification and controlled access for dedicated fastening points.
It can be used in cabinets, electrical equipment, public facilities, special machinery, and components where casual removal should be limited. The triangular profile normally requires a matching tool for tightening or removal, helping improve management and maintenance recognition of the joint.
The nut can be supplied in different thread sizes, materials, and surface treatments to meet corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and appearance consistency requirements in various operating environments.
