DIN 25201 (washer) Washer

DIN 25201 Washer is a paired self-locking washer set that uses matching wedge-shaped surfaces to provide loosening resistance. Carbon steel or stainless steel versions can cover different strength and corrosion-resistance needs, making the product suitable for high-vibration joints.

It is used in construction machinery, rail vehicles, wind power equipment, mining machinery, bridge accessories, and heavy steel structures. When a loosening tendency appears, the paired washer geometry creates a counteracting locking effect that helps maintain preload and reduce maintenance frequency.

Selection should consider bolt strength, surface hardness, load direction, and environmental corrosiveness to ensure the washer set matches the fastener assembly and provides stable mechanical locking performance.
