Pipe/Tube Screw & Nuts

Pipe thread fasteners are specialized screws and nuts with tapered or parallel thread forms engineered for pressure-tight joints in fluid, gas, and hydraulic pipework assemblies.

Tapered Thread Sealing: NPT and BSPT tapered profiles create a self-sealing wedge joint as the taper tightens into the female fitting, with thread compound or PTFE tape filling residual micro-gaps to achieve rated pressure integrity.

Parallel Thread Type: BSPP and metric parallel pipe threads seal through a face gasket or O-ring rather than taper interference, providing serviceable joints that maintain pressure integrity through repeated assembly cycles.

Pressure and Temperature: Material grades and thread specifications are matched to operating pressure, temperature, and medium compatibility requirements in hydraulic, pneumatic, water supply, and gas transmission systems.

Materials and Standards: Produced in carbon steel and stainless steel to BSP, NPT, ISO 7, and DIN 2999 equivalent specifications, covering standard pipe sizes from 1/8 inch through 4 inch.
