We maintain a large inventory of standard molds, and are equipped with special machinery to develop exclusive molds for customers' new products and non-standard special-shaped components. This greatly shortens our R&D cycle from drawings to finished samples.

It acts as the first checkpoint of our quality control system. All incoming wire rods and metal sheets are verified by our inspection department before warehousing. We implement zoned management by material grade and heat number, which ensures full traceability of all raw materials.

It is our core forming and processing center. Equipped with multiple equipment clusters, we simultaneously complete mass production of standard fasteners and precision machining of special customized parts

Details determine product quality. We conduct precision polishing and passivation treatment on metal component edges in this workshop, to eliminate stamping burrs and sharp edges, thus improving product assembly safety and surface finish.

It is the final terminal of our customized delivery service. We abandon the single fixed packaging mode, and complete customized labeling, pallet specification setting, small-bag packaging and neutral packaging in strict accordance with customers' specific instructions.

It is our logistics transit hub. We adopt scientific inventory management to ensure first-infirst-out of finished products, and make full preparations for export port consolidation.

We conduct incoming inspection for all raw materials, and complete final finished product inspection before packaging.
