Rivets

Rivets are permanent fasteners that join material layers by deforming the tail after insertion, creating interlocking heads on both sides without threads or adhesives for vibration-resistant permanent joints.

Solid Rivets: Traditional solid-shank types require two-sided access for setting with a hammer or rivet set, producing a formed tail with high shear and tensile strength for aerospace structures, bridges, and heavy fabrication.

Blind Rivets: Mandrel-pulled pop rivets expand a sleeve within the hole to form the blind-side head from single-sided access, enabling fast installation in enclosed panels and sheet metal assemblies where reverse access is impossible.

Structural Rivets: Heavy-duty large-diameter variants for high-load structural connections are available in steel and stainless grades for rail, marine, and industrial fabrication.

Materials and Standards: Produced in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper to DIN 660, DIN 7337, and ISO 15977 equivalent specifications, covering solid, blind, and semi-tubular forms.
