Better Fastener Industry Co., Ltd. is a China-based Bolts manufacturer supplying hexagon head, flange, carriage, U-bolts, foundation bolts, studs and threaded rods. Our bolt range serves construction, automotive, rail, mining, agricultural machinery, shipbuilding and power equipment projects worldwide.
Bolts We Manufacture and Supply
Our bolt production covers carbon steel, stainless steel and low-alloy steel, with strength grades from 4.8 to 12.9 and dimensions manufactured to DIN, ISO, ANSI, ASME, BS, EN, GOST, JIS, AS and KS standards. We produce both standard and custom configurations, including non-standard heads, thread lengths, shank reductions and coatings.
Every bolt family below is available as a standalone order or as part of a consolidated fastener package with matching Carbon Steel Bolts and washers.

Materials, Grades and Surface Treatment
We select material and grade against the working load, environment and mating component. Carbon steel covers general structural and machinery use; low-alloy steel supports higher strength and heat-treated applications; stainless steel is specified for corrosion resistance and clean environments.
- Carbon steel: grades 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9
- Low-alloy steel: B7, B16, L7 and equivalent heat-treated grades
- Stainless steel: A2-70, A4-70, A4-80
- Surface treatment: zinc electroplating, hot-dip galvanizing, blackening, dacromet, nickel plating
Coating choice is matched to the corrosion class of the installation. Hot-dip galvanizing is common for outdoor and foundation work; zinc plating and dacromet suit automotive underbody and vibrating joints; blackening is used where appearance and mild protection are required.
Quality Control and Acceptance
Our in-house laboratory is equipped with a spectrometer, CMM, X-ray flaw detector and mechanical testing equipment. Chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing and geometric dimensions are monitored through production, and finished Stainless Steel Bolts are inspected against the ordered standard and customer requirements.
We can supply inspection records, material certificates and dimensional reports with the shipment. Where a project requires third-party inspection or specific acceptance criteria, we confirm the inspection plan before production begins.
Customization and Non-Standard Bolts
Custom production is a core part of our bolt business. We develop and manufacture from drawings or samples, covering non-standard head shapes, thread lengths, shank diameters, bend radii, material grades and coatings. Mixed orders combining standard and custom bolts can be consolidated into one shipment.
For distributors and project buyers, we also support retail-ready packaging, blister packs, custom boxes and export cartons, with DDP door-to-door delivery and customs clearance available.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
To prepare an accurate bolt configuration and quotation, we work from the following project inputs:
- Bolt type, standard and reference drawing or sample
- Thread size, pitch, length and thread configuration
- Material and strength grade
- Surface treatment and corrosion requirement
- Quantity, batch size and delivery schedule
- Packaging, labeling and shipping terms
- Inspection, certification and acceptance requirements
Where a drawing is not available, we can work from a sample or a dimensional description and confirm the specification before quoting.
Frequently Asked Questions
What bolt standards do you manufacture to?
We manufacture to DIN, ISO, ANSI, ASME, BS, EN, GOST, JIS, AS and KS standards, including DIN 931, DIN 933, DIN 6921, DIN 603, ISO 4014, ISO 4017 and ASME B18.2.1 among others.
Can you produce non-standard bolts from drawings?
Yes. Custom development from drawings or samples is a core part of our bolt production, covering non-standard heads, threads, shanks, bends, materials and coatings.
What is your production capacity for bolts?
Our facilities operate 12 modern production lines with an annual capacity exceeding 20,000 tons, supporting both large-volume orders and small to medium batch purchases.
How do you ensure bolt quality?
We apply total quality management with inspection after each process and 100% final inspection. Our laboratory uses a spectrometer, CMM, X-ray flaw detector and mechanical testing equipment to verify composition, properties, dimensions and integrity.
Do you supply matching nuts and washers?
Yes. We produce a full range of Hexagon Nuts and washers, allowing bolts, nuts and washers to be supplied as a matched assembly.
